I am a PMP-certified Project Manager, CFAA-certified Fire Alarm Technician, and Building Automation professional with approximately 30 years of international experience across Building Automation Systems (BAS), HVAC controls, fire alarm and life safety systems, low-voltage technologies, and facility operations.
My current professional focus is project management within the Building Automation industry, where I combine technical knowledge with practical project execution to deliver complex building systems safely, efficiently, on schedule, and within budget.
Throughout my career, I have managed multidisciplinary teams, coordinated contractors and stakeholders, controlled project budgets and schedules, mitigated risks, and supported projects through the full lifecycle — from design review and procurement to installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, integration, and client handover.
My background in fire alarm and life safety systems, supported by CFAA certification, complements my BAS experience and gives me a broader understanding of integrated building systems. I am particularly interested in the intersection of building automation, fire & life safety, electrical systems, and smart building technologies.
I also bring extensive leadership and facility management experience, including maintenance planning, vendor and contractor management, budgeting, cost optimization, and long-term asset improvement.
