About Nima
I’m Nima Hosseinpour, a CFAA-certified Fire Alarm Technician based in Waterloo, Ontario, serving clients throughout the surrounding region and the Greater Toronto Area.
I have hands-on experience inspecting, testing, troubleshooting, and maintaining fire alarm systems in residential, commercial, and industrial buildings. My work includes conventional and addressable systems, with experience working on Mircom and Notifier equipment.
I take pride in thorough inspections, clear reporting, and practical solutions. Whether I’m diagnosing a system fault or performing routine maintenance, my focus is on reliable operation and helping protect people and property.
Areas of focus
Inspection & Testing
Organized field testing with attention to system operation, device performance and clear deficiency documentation.
Troubleshooting
Practical investigation of trouble conditions, ground faults, open or short circuits, device issues and system communication problems.
Verification Support
Careful functional testing and documentation for applicable additions, replacements and system modifications.
Field Coordination
Clear communication with site contacts and other trades when access, interfaces or corrective work require coordination.
Service philosophy
Good technical service should make the next decision easier. The goal is not only to identify a problem, but to explain what was found, what was tested and what corrective action may be required. That practical, documented approach is a core part of how Ward Fire Safety supports its clients.
